Pasta-Bilities in Medicine Hat

This place used to be amazing. The man who runs it charges us a different price everytime we go there. We have been over charged 3 times once by more then 10 dollars. Also if you dont get the special for the day your food is frozen and microwaved (for too long).

I never went to Pasta-Bilities! Stop say that I did, Google!

A nice little quaint shop where you can enjoy an afternoon meetup with a friend or family. Serves delicious pasta, but If you're really impatient, this is no place for you as you may have to wait a little bit if the place is busy and packed.

I eat at Pastabilities several times each month. The environment is laid back and the food is fantastic...every time. If you haven't tried it you should.

Truly the best pasta in town. Always get the pasta of the day with the soup of the day with meatballs for the freshest, tastiest lunch you've ever had. The atmosphere is fantastic and you can purchase some great items for your pantry too.

Quant beautiful place with delish food

This little Italian restaurant is my favorite lunch spot, the atmosphere is cozy and happy, the fresh made daily pasta and sauces are wonderful. Stop in for some delightful music and a glass of wine.

Pasta daily special is good but the portion is really small, more like a kids dish. Add the meatballs and the value really isn't there. No soup no bread, 2 specials w/meat balls and a pop $20. Left hungry. No sinage indicating no debit

If you want genuine, delicious pasta this is the place to come to!! Also, the owners are absolutely adorable and lovely. If any place deserves your business, it is this one!

Great homemade pasta at great prices. Staff is very nice and friendly! Portions can be small but they are very cheap so just order some amazing sides!

Past experience has been great. Food is fresh & tasty, and conversation is pleasant and relaxing. Both times we stopped there this trip it was closed, unfortunately for us. Only open Mon - Fri from 11 am - 4 pm.We will try again. It is that good.

Not only do they have daily fresh pasta dishes but it is a cute atmosphere and friendly.

Roger has fed four generations of our family. Now it's my kids' favourite place and they always leave full and happy. <3

Best kept secret in the Hat

This is hands-down the best pasta in town. It is a small hobby shop, and he makes a different pasta dish and soup every day. He's got a menu, but do yourself a favour: Just get the soup of the day with the pasta of the day. Portion sizes are ideal for lunches, and reasonable prices. Just be aware of his hours: He's usually around for lunch through early afternoon, but he usually closes before supper.

Sweetest owner ever! He bussed tables, took orders and made the fresh pasta dishes all in his own, but the food is well worth the wait. Small grocery selection, take out and eat in. He takes credit cards, but uses the old ker - chunk sliding machine.

Roger is amazing and his pasta, sauses, soup and cake is to die for!!!
